NSC | Show the Used Status of a Coupon Code on a Search
The user wants to create a Saved Search for their employees with a means to verify whether a coupon code has been utilized in NetSuite.
Solution:
Instead of creating a Promotion Search, use the Coupon Code Search.
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Select Coupon Code.
- In the Results tab, make sure Use Count and Used fields are added.
