NSC | Filter Custom Field by Customer
There is a requirement to create a Custom Field that will only display the Sales Orders owned by the Customer in the Sales Order record. To do this, we need to apply a filter in the created Custom Field in the Sales Order record. To do this, kindly follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Body Fields > New
- Label: Enter Name of the Custom Field
- Type: Select List/Record
- List/Record: Select Transaction
- Click Sourcing & Filtering
- Filter Using: Select Type
- Value Is: Select Sales Order
- Filter Using: Select Customer
- Compare to Field: Select Customer
- Click Save
