New to NetSuite | SuiteBilling 104: Related Records

Let’s discuss the following related records to SuiteBilling:
1. Customer Record
If SuiteBilling is enabled, 2 new tabs will appear, the Billing Accounts tab and the Subscriptions tab.
- Billing Accounts tab
- Under this tab, lists the Billing Accounts created for a Customer. If you have multiple Billing Accounts for a Customer, NetSuite uses the Billing Account marked as Customer Default when creating transactions.
- Subscriptions tab
- Under this tab, lists the Subscription records created for a Customer. You can check here its associated Subscription Plan, Start Date, End Date, and Status.
