NSC | Resolving SOAP WS "Test Connection Failed for NetSuite - ConnectionFailedException" Error
Encountering the error message "Test Connection Failed for NetSuite - ConnectionFailedException" can be frustrating, especially when trying to establish a connection to NetSuite. This issue typically arises when SOAP Web Services are not enabled on the NetSuite platform.
The error message indicates that the attempt to connect to NetSuite failed due to a "ConnectionFailedException." This exception often occurs when the SOAP Web Services functionality within NetSuite is not activated.
To resolve the issue, follow these steps to enable Web Services on your NetSuite account.
- As administrator, click Setup > Company > Enable Features.
- Check SOAP Web Services under SuiteCloud tab.
- Click Save
