NetSuite Admin Tip | Checking New Customers using ODBC Driver NetSuite2.com Data Source

In today's dynamic business landscape, verifying new customers is vital for maintaining trust, security, and sustainable growth. Whether you're a small startup or an established enterprise, implementing robust customer verification procedures is essential.

Within NetSuite, you can retrieve information about newly registered customers using SQL format via the ODBC driver and the NetSuite2.com data source. Employ the following query/format:

select id,entityid,altname,email,phone,searchstage,datecreated from customer order by datecreated desc;

Note: Utilize “order by” with “desc” to get the newest registered to prioritize the most recently registered customers
