NSC | Inconsistent File Format of the Attachment From the Transaction Record
The file attachment format used depends on how the users email the transactions.
If the user will be emailing a transaction via the Actions button:
- View Transaction > Actions > Email
- Attachments tab > Include Transaction box is marked checked
- Type > can manually select any of the types listed below:
- Inline Above – Transaction will be printed in the body of the template before the text
- Inline Below - Transaction will be printed in the body of the template after the text
- Default – will follow what’s setup in Home > Set Preferences > Transactions tab
- HTML - email will include transaction in HTML format
