NSC | Warehouse Role Unable to view Fulfilled Sales Order
Scenario:
The user cannot View Sales Orders That Have Been Fulfilled in Pick Status.
The user can't access any Sales Order or other Transaction records, but other users that has the same role can access any Sales Orders.
Steps to Troubleshoot:
I. Check Employee Restrictions per Employee Record.
1. Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employees > Click Edit beside the user's name.
II. Check Employee Restrictions in the user's role/s.
1. Navigate to Setup > User/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit the custom role in question.
2. Check Employee Restriction
III. Check if the Transaction permissions.
1. Still in the custom role, navigate to Permissions tab > Transaction
