NSC | Hide the Pricing Group sublist on the Customer Record

Scenario:

The user need to limit certain roles to access the Group Pricing section on customer records.

Solution:

In order to hide the Group Pricing sublist under the Financial subtab of the Customer record, you need to modify the Customer Entry Form.

1. Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Customers.

2. Click Edit beside any of the Customer record.

3. At the top-right corner, hover over the Customize, then click Customize Form.

4. Click on Sublists subtab, then Financial sublist.

5. Remove checkmark on Group Pricing.

6. Click on Roles subtab.

7. Enter checkmark on Preferred column for the custom role.

8. Save the changes.

The Group Pricing should now be hidden to the selected custom role.
