NSC | "An unexpected error has occurred..." When Viewing the Email Template Lists
Scenario:
When the administrator navigates to Documents > Templates > Email Templates, the system returns an error message stating: "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information." This error message is only affecting the administrator; other users are not encountering the unexpected error."
Solution:
- Check if any of the email template titles contain unique characters in their prefix.
- Edit the email templates to remove these unique characters, such as "@" or "$", and replace them with letters.
- Save the changes.
The reason other users did not encounter this problem is because the Administrator Role's default view is the last view it attempted to access for that page.
