NSC | Cannot select a Date in A/R Aging Report
Scenario: User would like to select a specific date for the A/R Aging Report on the Report Footer but there is no available field to set it.
This may be due to a User Preference wherein Reports are shown based on period or date range.
To resolve this, here are the steps we may take:
- Navigate to Home > Set Preferences
- Under Analytics Tab > Reporting > Report By Period, select Never
- Click Save
Upon setting this preference, we now be able to select a specific date on our A/R Aging Report.
