NSC | Why are my Workflow Emails not being sent to the Recipients in Sandbox?
In Sandbox, you may have been encountering an issue wherein you're the one who's receiving the emails instead of the person set in the recipient field on Send Email Workflow Actions. In this article, we'll explain why this is behavior is occurring.
Check your Email Preferences:
Navigate to Setup > Company > Email Preferences
On the Sandbox and Release Preview subtab, you can check which email option you have set:
Explanation:
NetSuite will follow the Email Option you have set in the Email Preferences page instead of emailing the recipents set in the workflow action.
