NSC | Add Company Address in Return Authorization
Scenario: User would like to add the Company Address in the Return Authorization form.
Currently, the ability to include the Company Address in Return Authorization is a system limitation logged under Enhancement 42735 Include the Company Return Address on Return Authorizations.
As a workaround, we can add a Custom Transaction Body Field on the Return Authorization to show Company's Address.
Here are the steps we may follow:
- Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Transaction Body Fields > New
- Add a Label
- Set the Type to Text Area
- Make sure that Store Value = F
- Under Applies To subtab, mark Sale.
- Under Display subtab, set the Subtab to
