NSC | Unexpected error occurred when creating New Contact
Scenario:
The user attempts to create a new contact record for a customer but encounters an error when clicking on submit. Only single user is experiencing the error.
Error Message:
An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.
Solution:
The error is related to the date format. Please ensure that the correct date format is used in the user's preferences.
- Navigate to Home > Set Preferences.
- General subtab > Formatting subtab.
- Align the following field values with other users that use the same role as you.
- Date Format
- Long Date Format
- Time Format
- Date Format
- Once done click on
