NSC | How To Check Sales Order Created Every Hour?
Scenario: User would like to check the Sales Orders that are created every hour.
This is possible to achieve by creating a Transaction Saved Search with Formula.
Here are the steps we may take:
1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Search > All Saved Searches > New
2. Select Transaction
3. On Criteria, select the following:
- Type = Sales Order
- Main Line = True
- System Notes fields...: Type = Create
- Source = Set any preferred source
4. On the Results tab, check Show Totals and add the following:
- Type
- Document number
- Source
- Date Created
- System Notes fields...: Date
- Formula (Numeric) | Formula = TO_CHAR({systemnotes.date}, 'hh24') | Custom Label = Hour
- Formula (Numeric) | Formula = CASE WHEN TO_CHAR({systemnotes.date}, 'hh24') = 10 Then 1 else null end | Custom Label = 9 AM
