In this article, we will delve into Work Order Preferences and how they’re used in manufacturing. Work Order Preferences are settings that lets businesses customize how they manage tasks.
Work Order Preferences
To set Manufacturing Preferences for Work Orders, navigate to Setup > Manufacturing > Manufacturing Preferences > Production Execution section:
Allow Overage on Work Order Transactions - when checked allows user to input a quantity greater than the remaining quantity for an item on a work order
