NSC | How to hide the "Sales Order/Cash Sale/Invoice" buttons from processed Estimates?
In NetSuite, once an Estimate is processed, users have the ability to create a Sales Order, Cash Sale, and Invoice directly on the Estimate itself. However, some businesses wants to remove these options once the estimate is processed. In this article, we'll guide you on how to do this by using a Workflow.
Scenario:
The company wants to remove the Sales Order/ Cash Sale/ Invoice buttons on processed Estimates as seen below:
Create the Workflow:
Navigate to Customization > Workflow > Workflows > New
On the Workflow page, set the fields below:
- Name: <Set the name of your Workflow here>
- Record Type: Transaction
