NSC | Unable to uninstall Shepherd CMMS Bundle ID:404758
When uninstalling the Shepherd CMMS Bundle, you might encounter an issue wherein it says 'Bundle Uninstall In Progress' and after reloading the Installed Bundles page, nothing happens. In this article, we will be guiding you on how to fix this issue by enabling an Accounting Preference.
Solution:
Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences
Under General subtab, make sure the field below is enabled:
- Allow GL Custom Segment Deletion: Checked
Results:
Once done, you should now be able to uninstall the bundle! I hope this helped! 😁
