New to NetSuite | Identifying Errors from Data Management logs in NSPB
There are different issues that could cause an integration job in NSPB to run into errors which would entail different troubleshooting steps. To handle these issues, the user must first diagnose the cause of the error by parsing the logs from Data Management. To download the logs, you may refer to SuiteAnswers 1014125: Check NSPB Integration Job Status and Download Error Logs
Once the log is downloaded, start finding the error by following these steps:
- Open the .txt log file in Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac)
- Press Ctrl+F or ⌘+F to enable Find feature
- Enter the word “error” in the search bar. In many cases, it is better to start searching from all the way down to the top of the file
