New to NetSuite | NSPB Data Management Error: Invalid login attempt.

In NSPB data management, the "INVALID_LOGIN_ATTEMPT" error typically occurs due to issues with the role, user permissions, or the access token used in the NetSuite Planning and Budgeting integration. This error commonly happens if the user who generated the tokens has become inactive.

To resolve the issue,

  1. Check who set up the access token for NSPB integration by logging into NetSuite and navigating to Setup > Users/Roles > Access Token.

2. Confirm if PBCS Integration Role still exists in NetSuite by going to Setup > Users/Roles > User Management > Manage Roles.

3. Verify if the PBCS Integration role is assigned to the user used for integration. Further information can be found on
