WATCH: Change Parent Subsidiary after Enabling Subsidiary Hierarchy Modification Feature
After upgrade to OneWorld instance, customers might need to insert a new parent subsidiary. Users with appropriate permission can enable SHM on General Preferences page. Once the feature is enabled users cannot assign the existing parent subsidiary as a child of a new subsidiary because it does not have subsidiary of field. When creating a new subsidiary, the system requires a value for subsidiary of field.
