New User Skewing Results on a Dashboard Graph
A new user starts during our new performance year. On the schedule on their user record, in the exception section, they are marked with 0 hours during the time they were not employed yet. Their target utilization is 0 during the time they were not employed.
We have a report that creates a graph on a dashboard for month over month realization to plan. The “realization to plan” is a custom calculation = all hours/target hours. Because the target hours are 0 for the 1st 2 months of the year and you can’t divide something by 0, this is skewing the graph for the 1st 2 months of the year. Can anyone think of a solution for this? Thanks!
