NSC | How to Enable and Create a Performance Management template
If your company needs a customized performance review template and doesn't have an existing one to adapt, creating a new template is the best solution. Before starting, make sure that the Performance Management feature is activated in your system. This ensures that you can utilize all the necessary tools for creating and organizing your performance reviews.
- Go to Setup > Company > Enable Features
2. Check is Performance Management is enabled.
3. If not, click the checkbox to enable it and click Save.
Steps to Create a Performance Review Template
- Navigate to Setup > Performance Management > Templates, then click New.
2. In the Name field, enter a unique name for the template.
