NSC | Terminate a Subscription on the same day it was Reactivated
Scenario
The user wanted to Terminate the Subscription on the same date it was Reactivated.
As per standard behavior, terminating a Subscription on the same date it was Reactivated or Suspended is not possible.
Solution
While terminating a Subscription on the same date it was Reactivated is not typically supported due to system behavior, the following workaround can be used:
- Terminate the subscription on the same date it was reactivated.
Ensure that "Effective at Start of Day" is set to False. This will make the termination effective at the end of the day. - Prevent a one-day charge from being billed:
