NSC | Custom Field: Set Default Formatted Text Value on Rich Text Field
There is a requirement to create a Rich Text Custom CRM Field where a formatted value is set as a default on the field.
- Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > CRM Fields > New
2. Label: <Enter preferred label>
3. Type: Select Rich Text
4. Store Value: Enter Checkmark
5. Click Applies To Tab: Select Preferred Record Types
6. Select Display Tab
- Subtab: Select Main
7. Select Validation & Defaulting Tab
- Default Value: Enter Formatted Text Value
- Example: <b>This is a formatted text</b>
8. Click Save
