NSC | Saved Search > Sum of Customer Deposits Applied to Sales Order
Scenario
User would like to set up a saved search that effectively tracks customer deposits associated with sales orders. The goal is to display the total sum of customer deposits applied to each sales order and also show the remaining balance on those orders. They want to ensure they can easily monitor the deposit and status for better financial management.
Solution
1.Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
2. Click Transaction
3. Search Title: Enter Title
4. Navigate to Criteria tab > Standard subtab, add the following fields:
