NSC | Sales Order Error: Subsidiary Mismatch with Manufacturing Charge Item and Customer
Scenario:
A user encounters an error when attempting to create or fulfill a Sales Order that includes a specific Manufacturing Charge Item and a Customer from a different subsidiary. The issue arises because the Item and Customer do not belong to the same subsidiary or subsidiary hierarchy, and the "Include Children" checkbox is grayed out for Manufacturing Charge Items. As a result, the system does not allow the item to be added to the transaction.
- The Customer is under a subsidiary that is part of a different hierarchy.
- The Item is a Manufacturing Charge Item, which restricts editing certain fields including the "Include Children" checkbox.
