NSC | Import FAM Alternate Depreciation > Resolve Error: Field not Mapped / Empty
Scenario:
The user is attempting to update an existing FAM Alternate Depreciation record via CSV Import. During the import process, However the system returns the following error message:
Could not find matching record. Primary name field was not mapped or is empty.
This error indicates that the system could not identify the target record due to a missing or improperly mapped Internal ID, which is required when performing update operations.
Solution:
The CSV file used for the update must include the following columns with appropriate data:
- Internal ID: Enter the Internal ID of the existing FAM Alternate Depreciation record that is to be updated.
