Custom Report > Edit Layout > Account is Not Visible in Report
Scenario: Totals in the Custom Report are correct, but an account is not visible in the report
Criteria: This is applicable for account sections that are configured to have “Header Label > Display Row = F” for formatting purposes.
Solution:
- Go to Report > Customize > Edit Layout
- Click the Account Section (i.e., “Other Expense”)
- Go to Display Field
- Notice that ‘Collapsed’ is selected in the dropdown for this field
- Click the dropdown button and change it to ‘Expanded’
Upon saving or clicking preview, the account is now visible in the custom report.
