NSC | Custom Field Types: Integer Number
In NetSuite, Custom Fields allow users to tailor records and forms to fit specific business needs. These fields can be added to standard or custom records and can be configured in various data types depending on the nature of the data to be stored or captured.
In this article, we'll tackle on the Integer Number field type.
Description:
The Integer Number field type in NetSuite is used to store whole numbers (i.e., numbers without decimal points). It is ideal for tracking counts, rankings, quantities, scores, or any numeric values that must be whole numbers.
Enter integers in a custom field. The maximum number is approximately 18000000000000000000 (20 digits). This maximum can be affected by automatic rounding and limitations of underlying technologies.
