New to NetSuite | Order to Cash: Creating a linked Cash Sale
A linked Cash Sale generally refers to a Cash transaction that is connected to other transactions such as Sales Order, Estimate or another linked Cash Sale.
A linked record means that information generated will be sourced to an existing record. Created From field will be automatically populated.
Ways to create a Linked Cash Sale
1. Transaction > Sales > Invoice Sales Orders > Submit
2. Transaction > Billing > Process Billing Operations > Sales Orders = T > Run
3. Sales Order > Bill/Next Bill/Bill Remaining
4. Cash Sale > Actions > Make Copy
5. Estimate > Cash Sale
When you create any linked transaction from the Estimate, the record status will change to Processed.
