NSC | Bill of Materials Revision > CSV Import > Update Effective End Date
Scenario
User needs to update the Effective End Date for multiple Bill of Materials (BOM) Revision records. Doing this manually for each record would be inefficient and time-consuming, especially if you’re managing a large number of revisions.
Solution
To update the Effective End Date of your BOM Revision records using NetSuite’s CSV Import feature, follow these detailed steps:
- Prepare the CSV File:
- Create a CSV file with these essential columns:
- Internal ID: The unique identifier for each BOM Revision record. You can find this by navigating to a BOM Revision record in NetSuite and checking the URL (look for "id=" followed by a number) or by running a saved search that includes the Internal ID field.
