NSC | Item Record > Copy from Sales Order = T > Not displaying on Purchase Order
Scenario:
User checked the Copy from Sales Order checkbox in the item record yet it is not displaying on the Purchase Order.
Solution:
Copy From Sales Order checkbox is intended only for Special Order/Drop Ship Items where the Purchase Order is created directly from the Sales Order.
A standalone Purchase Order will not inherit the Item Description from a Sales Order because there are no Created From links between the two transactions.
