NSC | Customer Report > Top 20 by Country or Region
Scenario
The user requires a report showcasing the top 20 customers by country or region. They want to know how to accomplish this.
Solution
User can customize the Sales by Customer report by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to Reports > Sales > Sales by Customers
2. Click Customize
3. Click Sorting tab
4. Remove the Customer/Job filter
5. On the Add fields tab, Click Sales > Amount (Net)
6. Click Descending checkbox
7. Click Save
After doing the steps above, you can now see the lists of customers sorted via the highest sales.
