NSC | Customer Saved Search with Customer Balance Information
Scenario
The user wants to view all Customer Balances in a single report. Currently, they are checking each customer's balance by navigating to the Customer record > Financial tab > Balance Information section.
Solution
To verify if there is a related RMA for an Invoice, you can create a Saved Search.
- Navigate to Report > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New > select Customer as Search Type
- Add a Search Title
- In Results tab > Columns subtab, add the following:
- Name
- Balance
- Deposit Balance
- Overdue Balance
- Unbilled Orders
- Days Overdue
- Click Save
You can further customize the report and add additional fields from the Results tab as needed.
