New to NetSuite | N/record: record.attach(options) Method
In our previous article, New to NetSuite | Understanding SuiteScript 2.x Modules, we explored the SuiteScript Modules and N/record module, New to NetSuite | N/record Module Overview, which is used to interact with records. Now, we will take a closer look at one of the members of N/record: the record.attach(options) object.
The record.attach() method is used when you want to attach one record to another. This is especially useful when you are trying to attach a File to a Sales Order, link a Contact to a Customer, or handle any other type of record relationship in NetSuite.
