Transaction Line Distribution > Error > Unexpected token in JSON

Scenario: After installation of Transaction Line Distribution, this error is encountered: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0 [at JSON.parse (native), at VendorBillFormGateway.triggerHttpsPostRequest (/SuiteApps/com.netsuite.vendorinvoicedistribution/app/common/gateways/BaseGateway.js:302:25)]

Resolution:

  1. Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments
  2. Edit customdeploy_vid_sl_vendorbillform
  3. Audience subtab:
    1. External Roles: Select Online Form User
  4. Click Save

If Online Form User is not available for selection:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features
  2. CRM subtab: Marketing section:
    1. Online Forms: Enter Checkmark
  3. Click Save
