Open Custom Balance Sheet > Error: "This report has expired. Please click Refresh to run the report"
A user assigned a custom role encounters an error when trying to view a Custom Balance Sheet Report: "This report has expired. This report has expired. Please click Refresh to run the report again."
Both the user and their role are included in the Access tab under Financial Report Builder > More Options.
The custom role lacks the following permissions:
- Financial Statements;
- Income Statement; AND
- Balance Sheet
However, the Administrator does not want to provide these permissions to the custom role due to internal policies restricting access to standard financial reports.
To resolve the error, follow these steps:
- Open the Custom Balance Sheet
