New to NetSuite | Removing Subsidiary Assignments from a Customer Record
In previous article, we discussed how a customer can be associated with multiple subsidiaries based on business requirements. We demonstrated how to assign additional subsidiaries to a customer record beyond its parent entity.
However, there are situations where companies may need to disassociate or unlink a customer from a subsidiary they were previously connected to. This can occur due to organizational restructuring, customer relocation, changes in business strategy, or the consolidation of customer records under a different entity.
