New to NetSuite | N/record: record.create(options) Module
In our previous article, New to NetSuite | Understanding SuiteScript 2.x Modules, we explored the SuiteScript Modules and N/record module, New to NetSuite | N/record Module Overview, which is used to interact with records. Now, we will take a closer look at one of the members of N/record: record.create(options) Module
The record.create(options) function is part of the N/record module in SuiteScript 2.x. It generates a new, empty record object that you can fill in with data and then save to the system.
For example, you can use it to:
- Create a Customer when a new lead signs up on your website.
