NetSuite Admin Tip | Listing Active Employee Details Using SuiteQL
Tracking employee information is essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth HR operations. Administrators often need to generate quick reports showing active Employees and their hiring details for auditing, reporting, or workforce planning.
Using SuiteQL, you can easily extract this information directly from the Employee record without navigating multiple NetSuite pages or saved searches.
SELECT id, firstname, lastname, email, hiredate FROM employee WHERE isinactive = 'F' ORDER BY hiredate DESC;
This SuiteQL query retrieves key information about Employees — including their internal ID, first name, last name, email, and hire date. The condition WHERE isinactive = 'F' ensures that only active Employees
