New to NetSuite | N/log: log.emergency(options) Method
In our previous article, New to NetSuite | Understanding SuiteScript 2.x Modules, we explored the SuiteScript Modules and N/log module, New to NetSuite | N/log Module Overview, which is used to log script execution details. Now, we will take a closer look at one of the members of N/log: log.emergency(options) Method
The log.emergency() method records emergency-level messages in the script’s Execution Log. These messages are always displayed, regardless of the script deployment’s log level settings, making them ideal for capturing serious errors or system-critical events.
Because of its high visibility, this method is best reserved for scenarios that require urgent attention.
