AI in NetSuite | Enable Text Enhance in Custom Fields

In NetSuite, Text Enhance adds helpful editing capabilities to custom fields, allowing you to clean up, make longer, or make shorter the text entered in the field. You can also select specific text to clean up. This makes it easier to improve text entries directly in text-based custom fields, such as notes, descriptions, or communications. Below is an overview of how to enable and make the most of Text Enhance in your custom fields:

Accessing AI Preferences: 

Text Enhance is enabled by default. To confirm whether it’s enabled, go to Setup > Company > AI Preferences.
