Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (aka Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

New to NetSuite | Editing Consolidated Exchange Rates
Consolidated Exchange Rates are the specific rates NetSuite uses to roll up financial data from child subsidiaries into a parent company for reporting. While NetSuite calculates these automatically, manual overrides are often necessary during month-end closes to meet audit requirements or specific accounting standards.
1. Navigate to List > Accounting > Consolidated Exchange Rates.
2. Click Edit next to the rate you want to modify.
3. On the Consolidated Exchange Rate record, you can update the Average Exchange Rate, Current Exchange Rate, and Historical Exchange Rate.
4. Save the record.
You can also edit rates directly in the List View by toggling the Edit switch.
