New to NetSuite | Control the Start Date for Transaction Imports (NetSuite 2026.1)

NetSuite 2026.1 introduces a more precise way to control how far back NetSuite imports bank transactions when you set up account linking. During the linking process between a bank account and its related general ledger accounts, you can now specify an exact start date for transaction imports instead of relying only on the default behavior.

A new field, Earliest Transaction Date for Import, is now available in the Account Linking subtab of the Format Profile. This field lets you define the earliest date from which NetSuite will begin importing transactions for a newly linked account.
