NSC | Troubleshooting: Server Error When Undoing a Match in Match Bank Data
In reference to our previous article, “NSC | How to Undo Incorrectly Matched Transactions During Reconciliation,” you may encounter the error “An error occurred on the server while processing your request”
Scenario: Undo Match Fails With a Server Error
A user is cleaning up bank matches and tries to Undo Match from the Review tab in Match Bank Data. Instead of unmatching successfully, the system throws a server error. This blocks the user from correcting the reconciliation and can delay month-end close activities.
