Scheduled Workflow not sending email
Hi,
I have created a workflow (in Sandbox environment) that is supposed to email customer statements on a scheduled basis. It is running off a saved search (customers saved search that filters customers who should receive customer statement). I see emails in my inbox when i hit 'Execute Now' however i don't receive any emails come through as per the schedule i set. The following is already in place -
- Have populated specific emails under Email Preferences
2. My employee record is set as the 'owner' on the workflow
Is there something i might still be missing?
