NSC | FAM Asset NBV Not Updating via UI

In certain scenarios, users may encounter issues when attempting to update the Net Book Value (NBV) of an asset directly through the UI in Fixed Asset Management (FAM). Specifically, after saving changes, no updates are reflected and the NBV field remains blank. This article explains the root cause of this issue and provides guided steps to resolve it.

This issue prevents users from:

  • Viewing accurate asset values
  • Running the Depreciation Schedule
  • Proceeding with asset-related financial processes
