Internal Server Error while change from SMT tool

Hello,

We have posh theme extended and customized , when we try to change color of newsletter section through Site management tool, it throws Internal Server Error .

How to find quickly root cause for this? SSP is deployed , I dont see any rebuild index error, we are just changing color.

Need quick help, Appreciated !!!
