NSC | Custom Role > Standard Tax Reports Access
Users may be unable to access the Reports > Tax > Standard Tax Reports page when the assigned role does not have the required report permission. To allow access, the appropriate permission must be added to the custom role.
To add the required permission, complete the following steps:
- Log in using the Administrator role.
- Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
- Click Edit next to the custom role that requires access.
- Go to the Permissions tab.
- Open the Reports subtab.
6. Add the following permission: Tax Reports
7. Set the permission level to View.
8. Click Save.
After the permission is added, users assigned to the custom role should be able to access the report.
