NSC | Unable to Remove the SuiteApps Tab from a Custom Center

Overview

Custom Centers in NetSuite help administrators tailor the user interface for specific roles and business processes. However, some navigation tabs are system-controlled and cannot be fully customized.

Scenario

An administrator customized a NetSuite Center and wanted to hide the SuiteApps tab from the navigation menu to simplify the user experience.

Solution

Unfortunately, removing the SuiteApps tab is currently not supported through standard customization.

NetSuite confirmed that this functionality is currently logged as Enhancement 582544: Customer Center > Hide SuiteApps Center Tab within SuiteIdeas.

Notes

  • The SuiteApps tab is currently system-managed.
  • Standard center customization does not allow the tab to be hidden.
